Description
About Ketama Gold Afghan hash
Sellers list Ketama Gold Afghan as a Moroccan-style hash. Moroccan hash, often sold under the Ketama name, is sieved cannabis resin pressed into blocks or slabs. Resin from the Rif has been sieved for export since the early 1980s.
How Moroccan-style hash is made
Plants are dried, then gently sieved in cool weather to separate the resin; the first sievings give the finest grade (sometimes called “zero-zero”), and the powder is pressed into blocks. Quality varies widely between producers.
Blocks range from light brown to dark and can be firmer and drier than Afghan black hash. Leafly describes Moroccan and Middle Eastern styles as milder and smoother than the stronger Afghan, Indian and Pakistani styles. Aroma notes usually listed for this style: earth, sweet spice, wood and herbal. These are style descriptions from public references, not lab results for this specific block.
Hash names are used loosely in the trade, so the origin and method of any single product are what the seller states; GG4 cannot verify them.
Using and storing hash
Hash is stronger than flower, so start with a crumb-sized amount and wait. Common ways to use it are crumbled into a joint with flower, on top of a bowl, or in a vaporizer made for concentrates. Keep it away from light, air and heat in a sealed container, and out of reach of children and pets.
GG4 lists Ketama Gold Afghan from $15.00 CAD; Buy Now takes you to the partner shop to choose the size and pay. Adults 19+ (18 in Alberta, 21 in Quebec) only.
