GG4 does not process orders or payments, so we cannot issue refunds or accept returns. Refunds, returns and replacements are handled by the shop that sold you the product.
If something is wrong with your order
- Find your order confirmation and note the order number.
- Contact the partner shop (wccannabis.cc) using the contact details in your confirmation or on their website.
- Give the order number, a short description of the problem and, if relevant, photos.
